Edwin F. Lingsch, a licensed real estate broker, founded Lingsch Realty in 1952 to address the needs of real estate customers in the San Francisco Bay Area's increasingly complex real estate market. For over 55 years, Mr. Lingsch and his associates have been assisting their customers in the areas of buying and selling homes, investment property, commercial buildings and businesses. Lingsch Realty also offers extensive property management capabilities and manages over 50 units throughout the Bay Area.
Mr. Lingsch is a member of the National, California and San Francisco Association of Realtors and has served as chairman of the membership committee for the San Francisco Assocation of Realtors' Multiple Listing Service.
Natalie M. Drees, Associate Broker
Natalie M. Drees, has been a real estate sales agent since 2002 and a real estate broker since 2004. She has completed real estate transactions with pricing over $1 million.
